Yorkshire Conservatory Roof Insulation now offer a Tiled Roof System. Traditional conservatories with glazed or polycarbonate roofs are normally too hot in summer and too cool in winter. Yorkshire Conservatory Roof Insulation now offer an advanced, solid and fully insulated roof system that enables a conservatory to be transformed into an every-day living space.

Maintain natural light levelsMaintain natural light levels

With the Tiled Roof System there is no compromise on light levels as roofs can be fitted with a range of roof lights that will continue to flood your conservatory with natural light. That means you won't have to sacrifice the bright and airy feel of your conservatory when you opt for a tiled roof.

Use your conservatory room year round

Without constant heating or cooling traditional conservatories can rarely be used year round. The solid and fully insulated tiled roof system, instantly transforms an occasionally used conservatory into an uplifting every-day living space.

Yorkshire Conservatory Tiled Roof SystemEasy installation

The Tiled Roof System has been designed to allow easy installation and to give you a no hassle, high-quality service. The system fits simply and easily onto your existing structure, making it the ideal replacement for aging glass or polycarbonate roofs, or even as an alternative roof for brand new conservatories and traditional extensions.

Tiled Roof SystemEnergy-saving design

The roof has solid insulation panels integrated within the structure, achieving an incredibly low U value of 0.15. Such superior energy efficiency means no more extremes of temperature inside the conservatory, making it a comfortable room in all weathers.

"We are very happy with the work the two builders carried out for us, they worked hard from start to finish and were clean, tidy, polite and always on time. The roof looks amazing and we are looking forward to using our new room. Thank you very much, we recommend you to everyone."

"We employed Tim Bowles to fit a guardian roof on our existing conservatory and make good to extend existing kitchen in to one large room. The work carried out by Mr Bowles was ahead of schedule. His work ethic was second to none and he was a neat tidy efficient tradesman. We can highly recommend him to anyone needing a reliable honest builder."

"When we first saw the advert for Yorkshire Conservatory Insulation in a local publication, we thought this might give us opportunities to address a couple of issues relating to our conservatory, namely cold temperatures in winter and also occasional leaks under heavy rainfall. We therefore made contact and Tim Bowles visited us to explain the technicalities (and subsequent quotation), following which we decided to go ahead.

We have to say, we are thrilled by the way this work has transformed our conservatory, or "garden room", as it is now called. The modification is such an effective concept.

Apart from the practical issues as noted above, the appearance has been improved so much. The internal plastered ceiling makes it feel like a natural extension to our lounge, rather than an "add on" feature that a conservatory implies. From the outside, the sleek tiled roof looks infinitely better than the original, tired polycarbonate. From inside and out, the whole thing just sits with the rest of the house so much better and does feel more like an actual extension.

One additional bonus was that Tim and Mark, who carried out this work to a high standard, were very helpful and constructive throughout and a pleasure to have on site."
